I would like the individual UI parts to be broken apart.

First, we will separate the database schema tree from the rest of the component.

Is it possible to have only the conditions section all by itself without the tables area (where the links between tables are displayed and where you can join tables, I want to hide this area).

We already separated the non-visual query parsing and building engine from the UI. The beta version of the new Mono-compatible assembly can be provided upon request.

This task is almost done. It will be introduced in the .NET version 3 beta in a month.

We are finishing our work on Active Query Builder 3.0 WinForms and WPF editions. Beta version will be ready in 2-3 weeks.

The new major version provides splitted UI controls that could be combined in your application in any way you like. The new "Separated Components" demo provides sample of such usage.
