Can I sell software that utilize Active Query Builder component to other developers?

If we purchase a license for each of our developers then we will be able to embed Active Query Builder in our application and distribute the Active Query Builder assemblies to all our customer including those who are software developers and embed our software in their own software?

  • You can freely redistribute assemblies of Active Query Builder together with your software only to end-users of your software, not to other developers. 
  • If you want to sell exclusive rights to your software products utilizing Active Query Builder to another company, a license of Active Query Builder must be purchased on behalf of that company which will grant you temporary rights to use Active Query Builder for development purposes while performing this job. 
  • If you are developing a web service, so other developers will utilize it, but you will not redistribute the Active Query Builder assemblies to the customers, no royalties should be paid.
  • If you want to sell your software (i.e. redistribute Active Query Builder assemblies together with your software) to different companies for its inclusion into their software (this is usually called "components"), this is explicitly forbidden by the license. Depending on the role of Active Query Builder in your software, we can discuss the royalties in each individual case.
