I am terribly sorry, but Active Query Builder still doesn't support this clause. Hopefully, it will be added this year.

Hello,

The current version doesn't support the CROSS APPLY clause. I know that it's a big problem for some of the users, but unfortunately, this clause can't be supported fast.
