Clear and Design Area / Column Grid Splitter

There is obviously some intelligent code on were to place the splitter between the design area and the columns grid based on the current depth of the application window etc

In most cases this works well and is what you want

If you send Clear to the main aqb object it appears to perform this calculation again

If you have resized/maximised the window containing the control since opening it this gives the slightly odd effect of the splitter jumping up as I assume it's based on some 1/3 2/3 split of the available space

Feel free to disagree but I don't think this should be re-calculated when Clear is sent ? ie the splitter should not move during the clear operation only on initial load ?

This works much better but there is still one bug (I think)

If you move the splitter and clear it does not move - good
If you move the splitter and maximise or minimise or resize it does not move - good
If you move the splitter and clear and then maximise or minimise or resize it does move - it looks the clear has cleared the splitter position and it moves when the form is resized

This issue is fixed upstream, the fix will be included in the next release
